A buddy of mine recently passed along to me a couple video links I thought you might find interesting.
The first link shows a technique and a product that can breast out a game bird in as little as 10 seconds. That’s right, you need to see it to believe it. Of course, the $225 price tag probably doesn’t justify the investment for most weekend hunters, still it’s an interesting device…take a look:
For more information on purchasing this Bird Breaster device, check out http://www.birdbreaster.com.
The next video doesn’t sell a product, but instead shows a Wisconsin venison processor completely boning out a deer in about 8 minutes. The video is not so much instructional as it is more demonstrative of the process involved. Check it out as I think you’ll be amazed at the speed in which the process can be completed by an experienced meat handler.

Jim- cool product, I have a little trick that takes even less time for grouse and pheasants. All I need is my pocket knife, fingers, and my foot.
I agree, Ben! It’s certainly not necessary to have fancy equipment like the Bird Breaster to get the job done quickly. Still, I found it to be an interesting gadget in the hunting marketplace.
